As part of its mission to strengthen academic cooperation and the development of business education in Latin America and Europe, CLADEA will hold a series of academic and networking events in 2026 that will bring together executives, academics, and researchers from business schools across the region. 2nd Southern Region Business Schools Meeting / May 7 and 8 at Viña del Mar University in Chile
The first event on the calendar will be the 2nd Southern Region Business Schools Meeting, taking place on May 7 and 8 at Viña del Mar University in Chile. This academic forum will provide an opportunity to discuss current trends in business education and promote collaboration among institutions in southern Latin America.
3rd European Meeting of CLADEA Business Schools / June 17 and 18 – Paris, EM Normandie Business School
Afterwards, on June 17 and 18, the 3rd European Meeting of CLADEA Business Schools will be held in Paris, organized in collaboration with EM Normandie Business School. This meeting aims to strengthen ties between European and Latin American business schools, promoting joint initiatives in research, internationalization, and academic development.
5th Senior Management Program in Higher Education / August 13 and 14 – University of Lima in Peru
On August 13 and 14, the 5th Senior Management Program in Higher Education will take place at the University of Lima in Peru. This program is aimed at academic authorities and leaders interested in strengthening their skills in strategic management, educational innovation, and institutional leadership in higher education.
61st CLADEA International Congress / October 26 to 28 at the Catholic University of Uruguay, in Uruguay
Finally, one of the most anticipated events of the year will be the 61st CLADEA International Congress, which will take place from October 26 to 28 at the Catholic University of Uruguay, in Uruguay. This congress will bring together academics, researchers, and university authorities from around the world to discuss the current challenges of business education, digital transformation, sustainability, and the future of leadership training.
Through these initiatives, CLADEA reaffirms its commitment to creating spaces for academic dialogue and international cooperation, thereby strengthening business schools and quality higher education in the region.
