The SDA Bocconi Full-Time MBA has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life, both personally and professionally. Before the MBA, I worked in the telecommunications industry in a strategy role focused on mobile devices. Although I already had experience leading business initiatives, I wanted to deepen my knowledge in areas such as finance and strategy to continue growing professionally. Initially, I thought the MBA would mainly help me strengthen those technical foundations, but that was only part of what I was going to gain at SDA Bocconi.
The program constantly pushed me outside of my comfort zone through top-level academic courses, collaboration with classmates from different cultures, and exposure to global business challenges. More importantly, it helped me develop a more strategic and human-centered approach to leadership. I not only gained the technical skills I wanted to deepen, but also built an incredible network of classmates and professors, while gaining greater confidence and clarity about the kind of leader I want to be and the impact I want to create.
Now back in Peru, I represent the Mexican consulting firm True Digital as a Business Partner and Business Consultant. The MBA marked a turning point for me, and today I proudly carry the experience of SDA Bocconi into every new professional challenge.
